Figgy Pudding Classic Mulled Wine:

This begins its life with super-good quality rum, bourbon & amaretto, to which I added (some months ago now) tons of figs, dates, raisins & currants. The infusion takes the bite out of the spirit and makes it sweet and rich and mellow, and oh-so very drinkable. Spices are added too, to cold infuse over a long period. Before bottling, it's simply blended with a juicy, organic Spanish Tempranillo red wine
